- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Visitors who are not registered on the booking require prior approval from our team.
- No smoking or vaping inside the villa. Please use the outdoor areas; smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from our team. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep music at a respectful volume at all times.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. No glassware in or around the pool; use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of the property, its furnishings or equipment during their stay. Please report any breakages to our team.
- Please use the in-villa safe for valuables where provided, and lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
- Please switch off the air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving the villa, and keep doors closed while the air conditioning is on.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited under Indonesian law.
- Please respect local Balinese customs, including daily offerings and ceremonies. On Nyepi (Day of Silence) all guests must stay on the property with lights and noise kept to a minimum.
