Blending traditional Javanese elegance with contemporary design, the villa features a beautifully carved wooden entrance, a Joglo pavilion, and a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for gatherings. Each bedroom offers ensuite bathrooms, natural light, and garden or pool views, creating a calm private sanctuary. Indoor highlights include a cozy media room and intimate lounge corners, while outdoors you’ll find a private swimming pool, lush garden, terrace living area, and a relaxing gazebo—perfect for slow mornings, family time, and peaceful tropical living. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00. OCCUPANCY & EXTRA GUESTS The rate includes up to 10 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 11th and 12th guests. ADDITIONAL SERVICES For Booking made after 03 June 2026, Rates apply include Daily Breakfast (Except for Weekly Stay / Monthly Stay). Optional services such as private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team. EVENTS, PARTY & GATHERINGS The villa is not suitable for events, parties or gatherings. The listed rate applies to stays only and does not include events, parties or gatherings. Unapproved events, parties or gatherings by invited guests exceed occupancy limits, or bringing external equipment for events, parties or gatherings purposes are not permitted and may result in penalties. LONG-TERM STAYS Enjoy exclusive, reduced rates when you choose to stay longer: - Weekly Stay (7+ nights): Excludes daily breakfast. - Monthly Stay (28+ nights): Excludes daily breakfast and electricity (electricity is metered and billed separately based on your actual usage), daily cleaning limit to 3x/week and linen change limit to 1x/week.
