Our team is available throughout your visit should you need assistance, recommendations, or help arranging services such as airport transfers, scooter rental, private drivers, or in-villa experiences. These projects are managed by neighboring property owners and are beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee that there will be no construction activity during your stay, our Reservation Team actively monitors the area. If we become aware of any construction taking place near the villa that may potentially affect your experience, we will do our best to inform you prior to your arrival. When construction is identified in close proximity to the villa, the villa rate may already be adjusted to reflect this condition and offered at a special price.
