Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story Kumarajiva Villa. This includes the following spaces: -The Private Plunge Pool and surrounding sun deck. -Both Air-Conditioned Bedrooms and their respective bathrooms. -The Living Area and Equipped Kitchenette. We offer complimentary parking space right on the property. You are welcome to treat this space as your own private home during your stay. GUEST SUPPORT & CONCIERGE SERVICES Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Our dedicated villa manager will be at your service throughout your stay. He/She will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinate the check-in process and provide a personal tour of the villa. During your stay, he will be your single point of contact, ready to assist with any needs or questions you might have. The neighborhood surrounding Kumarajiva Villa seamlessly blends tranquility with easy access to Ubud's vibrant core. While you enjoy the peaceful views of the rice fields from your private deck, you are just a short 5 to 10-minute scooter ride away from the heart of the town. We will have to charge additional cleaning costs if you do smoke inside the villa. • It is not allowed to host a party Early check-in and late check-out In consultation we can always see if it is possible to meet a request for early check-in or late check-out. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards. CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER: Please be aware that construction could take place next to ANY villa anywhere in Bali. Since the construction is initiated by other villa owners and is beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for any disturbances. - Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
- The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Visitors who are not registered on the booking require prior approval from our team.
- No smoking or vaping inside the villa. Please use the outdoor areas; smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from our team. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep music at a respectful volume at all times.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. No glassware in or around the pool; use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of the property, its furnishings or equipment during their stay. Please report any breakages to our team.
- Please use the in-villa safe for valuables where provided, and lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
- Please switch off the air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving the villa, and keep doors closed while the air conditioning is on.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited under Indonesian law.
- Please respect local Balinese customs, including daily offerings and ceremonies. On Nyepi (Day of Silence) all guests must stay on the property with lights and noise kept to a minimum.
