A tranquil pond leads into a spacious open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, lounge, and dining space overlooking a private pool. The upstairs master bedroom features a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while two ground-floor bedrooms open directly to the poolside, each with en-suite bathrooms. A shaded gazebo sits between the rooms for relaxed moments. The rooftop terrace is the highlight, perfect for sunset views and open-air gatherings. Located minutes from Jimbaran Beach, guests can enjoy seafood markets, beachfront dining, and Bali’s laid-back coastal charm. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00. OCCUPANCY & EXTRA GUESTS The rate includes up to 06 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 08 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 07th and 08th guests. ADDITIONAL SERVICES For booking made after 20 July 2026, rates apply include Daily Breakfast (Except for Weekly Stay / Monthly Stay). Optional services such as airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team. STRICT NO PARTY & VISITOR POLICY Please note that our listed rate is for stays only. Any open-invite gathering, loud music, drinking events, or get-togethers that upset neighbors or exceed the home's maximum guest capacity is not allowed. LONG-TERM STAYS Enjoy exclusive, reduced rates when you choose to stay longer: Weekly Stay (7+ nights): Excludes daily breakfast. Monthly Stay (28+ nights): Excludes daily breakfast and electricity (electricity is metered and billed separately based on your actual usage), daily cleaning 3x/week and change linen 1x/week.
