Early check-in and late check-out
In consultation we can always see if it is possible to meet a request for early check-in or late check-out. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards.

To fairly reflect this temporary situation, our villa rates have already been adjusted and are offered at a special promotional price. As this condition has been fully disclosed before the reservation is confirmed, refunds or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience or disturbance resulting from the neighboring construction.
